Westamp DC servos
Hi All,
Can anyone help with any data on westamp 30060-3 dc servo drives.
Some of the T03 package output transistors are dead. Any circuit diagrams ;test point waveforms ;O/P trans. substitutes, or any data would be gratefully appreciated. They are operating on a 100v bus with max 20A motor current.
I hope to retrofit this mill with Mac 3 . and would like to retain these drives.
Is there a step and direction to analogue +/- 10V converter available?

Westamp-30060-servo---Yes they look exactly like that and the connections check out the same. I am happy to pay for a copy of the schematics.and info on the output transistor equivalent. I know you are right about replacing the drives with AMC etc. but 4 of these cost a lot. I am retired and have lots of time but not money. Please help.

How did you make out with the conversion.
I have the exact same issue.
An old (1980) mill with Microswinc system and these same westamp servo control cards that I need to update to PC control and can't find any pin out info or anything on them

I bought a used westamp servo that had been repaired using readily available darlington transistors. Then got more trannys and repaired the rest of the original servos.Later I sold the machine but I may have some connection data etc. for these if you need it

Thanks for the update...
I found another posting where AL posted some great info on the pinouts and how to do a simple test of the card and motor so I am going to try to test them tomorrow, hopefully all will be well in this part of the machine. The Microswinc part doesn't fire up so I think the problems are there.
Hopefully if these cards are good and I can use a breakout card for PC, connect to these servo cards and be good to go, other than the calibration etc.
Do you have any info for setting the trimmer pots on the servo card ?

Does it use complimentary NPN and PNP output transistors ? What are the part#'s ?
The numbers I have are MJ11032 & MJ11033.
