OSAI Controller Producing HD021 Error

Our CR Onsrud CNC machine has been down all week. Our OSAI controller is not booting up the 10 steps it's supposed to. It stops at step 5 and gives the HD021 error which is dual port error. Anyone who knows how we can get around this or fix the problem so that we can get our CNC back up and running, please help.

Dead battery. Open BIOS. CHIPSET FEATURES SETUP Memory hole (15M-16M) Enabled.

Hello good morning I've been having the same problem for some time, luckily our CNC Bacci, despite having this same problem, HD021 Dual Port Error, sometimes starts without problem, however this week is not the case. If someone could explain in detail how to solve the problem it would be a great help because the official OSAI repair is too expensive.
