Overtravel Issue on CNC Machine

Hi. I have a Emmegi Phantomatic T3 Star.
I have a error said Positive overtravel axis A.
Machine stuck and impossible to move manually.
I removed axis limit switch but it won't let me reset the alarm.
Anybody have idea for resetting the alarm?
Machine now moved and stuck all the way negative direction.
Please help me operating my machine.

hi,
if u are unable to move it by hand try move it with the remote by presing manual operation first
if its impossible to do so, there must be another sensor for this axis overtravel. and can u tell me exactly what axis a acctually does?
