Default Strange Problem with Mitsubishi Meldas 500

Hi, I have a milling machine equipped with Mitsubishi Meldas 500 and I have a very strange problem. The machine starts properly without any error. All axes are working without error and I can move them but... when I start the operation of AUTO ZERO then it gives M01 OPERATION ERROR 0102 which means that the feed override is at 0 but it's not on 0! I tested the rotating selectors switch and it's working properly there is no problem with the feed override selector switch. Does anyone has any idea what can hold the AUTO ZERO function? I'm trying to find the ladder but for Meldas 500 is impossible, I cannot see it so I'm blind on this problem. I need help!!!!Thank you in advance.
