SAUTER Colision during pivoting. Foult pre-indexation

Hi!

One of my employee did colision during tool changing on my SAUTER 0.5.901.020
Manual says tat if You have Foult pre-indexation you have to use hexagonal wrench on motor to unlock the turret and change position to T1.
if position is reached you have tu push manually pre-indexation bolt to lock it on T1. Than run the lathe and change to another T.

I did it but I still have "foult pre-indexation".and I can not change T for next one.
What should I du ?
Do you have any ideas.or experiences ?
