Adding a button to control an output

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to make a button to turn on an output in MACH3?
Like say a spindle light...

233 = Output 4 ON
234 = Output 4 OFF
235 = Output 5 ON
236 = Output 5 OFF
237 = Output 6 ON
238 = Output 6 OFF
