Thanks.... Im goin to try it now. Brb! :-)
The problem is the G91 G28 before the M0, putting Mach3 in Incremental mode.
Looks like you can't do a G53 G0 move in Incremental mode. I'm actually surprised that it's taken this long for this to come up.
Replace your M6End.m1s with this one, and you should be good.

Do I still to edit the code and remove the M0s??
You'll have to hit Cycle Start each time it gets to an M0, but you don't have to remove them if you don't want to.

Done! :-)
Hello Gerry...
I got a G53 Incremental error last night when I tried to send my machine to
its park position. No big deal I can deal with it if necessary. Just thought I would let you know and see if you had any ideas of what it may be.
Thanks. :-)
Apparently, you're the only one using Incremental mode with this screenset.
I can fix it, but you'll have to wait a little bit.

I will give it a try tonight.
Thanks to Jean-Philippe CIVADE, the French version of the 2010 Screenset is now available, and there's a link on my site to a French version of the page, with French version screenshots.

Hi Gerry,
I've just had a look at your Mach3 2010 screenset and looks very neat and composed. I would like to know if you have or if there is the possibility of showing the A and B axis DRO. This follows for the simple reason that I am currently gathering all the materials and info to start building myself a 5 axis CNC router following my first build with 4 axis.
Thanks
Marting
Martin G
There's a 4 axis version with the A axis, and all the DRO's are shown on the Diagnostics page, but there are no plans for a 5 axis screen.
One of my users mentioned to me earlier today that they may modify the screen for 5 axis, and will supply me the files when complete. But I have no time frame if and when it happens.

Gerry,
What 'command' is sent in your screen set when you hit the little router icon/button?
I have had a few issues with my system recently, now I find that button turns the router on and off, but m3/m30 no longer does... so I am trying to figure out what got scrambled.
Thanks
Paul
Wood neophyte.
Eh, nevermind on the question. It seems my signal is reversed for router on/off. M5 starts it and M3 stops it. Hmm... wonder what is going on.

can someone help me. i have vcarve pro and i'm trying to do a tool change on it. i have .25 end mill as tool 1 and V90 bit as tool 2 in vcarve pro. all loaded into one tool path. but when i run the tool path in mach 3 2010 it very stops so i can change the tool. i i'm not using the same computor that the cnc is on, if that the problem.
kevin
Do you have Mach3 set to "Stop spindle, Wait for Cycle Start" in General Config? And are you using an ATC post in V-Carve Pro?
