I bought a 4-axis CNC motor kit from Rockcliff in 2009, and promptly put it on a shelf and forgot about it.
I always meant to get around to doing something with it, and now is that time. 11 years later.
I'm going to put a 2'x4' table together out of aluminum extrusion and connectors, but the problem I have is that I can't find the instructions that came with the board.
I'll make a followup post with a labelled picture and the information I'd like.
1) POWER INPUT - Obviously positive and negative, but how much?
2) WIRE CONNECTOR BLOCK - Not sure of these at all. I imagine that some are for Estop and limit switch connections. LPT1 GND

3) XYZA ENABLE - I'm planning to run this with A mirroring X. Assuming I leave all the jumpers on to keep them enabled. Duh.
4) A-, A+, B+, A- connectors and MS1, MS2 jumpers - I imagine these are connected to the NEMA23 motors.
5) X_CUR, Y_CUR, Z_CUR, A_CUR pots - Not sure what these are for.
The kit came with this motor driver board
4x NEMA23 270oz/in hybrid motors
6' parallel cable
24V DC @ 6.5A power supply selectable 120/240V AC
I know that there are a few really simple solutions out there using Arduino UNO boards with CNC hats, and I might eventually try that if I can't get this to work.
I already have this, so I'd like to try to use it.
