Default Stacking text when routing wood signs

I have latest vers of Rhinocam and need help with the process for making a stacked text sign. I can get it to work with 3d printing but not the router.

Have you managed to produce a 3D solid of the piece? It may be the most reliable way to proceed as you can juggle with normals and Boolean unions to make it less difficult.
