ZX 7045 CNC - machine conversion
Hello everyone , its my first post. Here are some photos of my RF45 cnc build , in Europe it is ZX7045 machine. This is my second machine i am converting and i hope i can make it commercial.
First was built with combination of aluminium components but this one is all steel. Here is a list of stuff i installed .
Ballscrews 2005 - all axes
Self tensioned double ball nuts 2005 - all axes
Ball bearings 7202 bep - FAG
Z axis 7302 SKF + 7202 FAG on lower end of ballscrew . so there is pracitacaly no backlash.
Belts HTD 5M optibelt + 20z and 40z pulleys - on all axes.
Nema 34 4,5Nm motors on all axes.
