    Default alternative to bCNC

    Hello,

    I started with bCNC, but it's really buggy

    can someone point me to an easy to use soft to mill pcb's

    flatcam's pretty good for converting gerbers into gcode.

    Ah, sorry, missed that bit. It does not.

    Flatcam to create the gcode and Mach3 to run it, maybe?

    I scan the surface, then I start the cnc process, the bit breaks off all the time (just the tiniest bit of it)

    so I rescan, reengrave, but loose in precision and top/bottom layer never prints the same depth

    so far I ruined tons of copper, money and patience with bCNC

    I use 20° 0.1mm bits

    Are you using correct procedure for autoleveling?

    thanks I'll check it out

    I lowered the feed rate in the mean time, seems to help a bit
