So I'm getting back to assembling bits and pieces, measuring, found the right rails and carriages I need, but it seems I never received my X axis ballscrew (that, or it disappeared during the last move a few years back) for my circa 2012-2013 era 30x48 raptor. The Y and Z ball screws are 16mm (1605? 1610?) and are still in great condition, but from what I've been able to glean the X is designed to be bigger - 20mm, but what pitch? 10? I'll likely try to reverse engineer the end based on the pictures I've been able to find, and get a local CNC place or Zapp Automation in the UK (who carry TBI ball screws, which are what George designed it with I believe?) to machine the ends. Anyone have a suggestion, pictures or specifications for the appropriate end machining on this?
