    Arrow Powermill and Mach 3

    Hi,

Is it possible to run Delcam Powermill made g-codes on Mach 3 without errors? Or is it that I will get errors and I have to build a post-processor according to my machine co-ordinates and function?

Anyone is using Powermill made g codes on Mach 3?

    Thanks

    Default powermill for mach3

    Hi.
yes certainly it is possible to generate a g-code without error for any controller either mach3.
I can write post processor for any type of 3 axis and 4 or 5 axis for mach3 , so that the g-code will not need any edit and directly will be start on Mach3.
For details & costs send your machine information to my e-mail : E.kashfi@gmail.com

Default Losing Bearings on Tool change

I am using Powermill and Mach 3 on a Novakon Torus mill. I am making a simple 2 1/2 D part with a profile and some holes drilled in it. When it comes to a tool change, it seems to lose its coordinates and wander of in to space. Has anyone had this problem?
