Hello. I was hoping to get a little direction as to what postprocessor to use.

I currently run SheetCAM and Mach3, with a MiniTHC on a Protorch table.

I have been cutting parts and art very well but recently built in a Floating Head. I am trying to utilize the floating to zero the Z axis on every pierce.

I was curious what Postprocessor I should use with the floating head. I tried a few of the postprocessors and the one I had the best luck with was "Mach3 THC with Scriber".

I edited this postprocessor to my switchoffest of 6.1mm (0.24"). But I can't get the torch head to come down and reference the material before the pierce. Below is a sample of the G-code generated.

I must admit that I am very new to the G-code side of things.

Thanks in advance for the help,

Scott
