Well I went with a ShopBot because no matter where I turned There was somebody to help.
IF I e-mail them I have a responce with in the hour even if its just to say "I have 8 e-mails in front of your's I'll get back to you shortly" and they do.
If I call I can talk to a human (and more times than not the one I want to talk to).
IF They are closed in Durham I have cell phone numbers of other users and employees who are willing to help.
It was simply a no brainer for me. THe other machine that was in close contention and not listed in this poll for some reason. Was just to big, bulky, yellow and heavy duty for my needs.
Yea I buy based on color too......LOL. and Yellow just didn't match my shop decor.
