Started in DOS version of Cadkey many years ago creating 3D drawings then moved up/upgraded over time to the latest version of KeyCreator with the ad-on KeyMachinist. I can now draw a 3D solid and then create the toolpath, then simulate the toolpath all on the same screen in the KeyCreator Cad program and then send the g-code to my machine using the editable post processors. Very user friendly and don't have to go from one program to another for Cad/Cam.

    Add Cadkey/KeyCreator to the list.

Wow there seems to be a lot of Solidworks fans. What is it about Solidworks that makes you like it so much? I'm really curious.

Default Should have just had an "Other" Catagory :P

Personally, I really like my BobCad V22. I could afford it and it has paid for itself many times over. Simple learning curve too.

I've only used Alibre and later Solidworks. I had to pay for both out of my pocket and for the cost I should have stayed with Alibre as it's a great package. But I wanted to play with the big boys.. so picked up Solidworks. It's nice. Wish the Fluid Flow module was better.

    Default Solidworks

I was an AutoCad guy for 6 years and i like the ease of generating a 3D model in Solidworks. I personally think it is more powerful.
