how to enter configurations in plasmacam 3.11

New to me DHC running plasmacam 3.11. In the configurations screen I can type in a name for a configuration, and when I hit <add> the name a want to add appears in the configuration window on the left and default parameters appear in the lower right window but I am unable to change them. Presumably there is a keyboard shortcut or something simple but the pc that came with this unit does not have a help file and there is no manual. Anyone know how to enter configuration parameters or have a link to an on line manual?
