Robofil 440cc help with fault codes

Hi!

I got this fault codes on our Robofil 440CC

1174 UAL Power circuit
1179 HPF in protection
1182 HPF

Does anyone have any idea what the issue could be?

I had the same error. I check the back plane of the Generator and on the back found 2 electrolytic capacitors. I have been same problem, with a oscilloscope in the output of generator had 32 Khz and was coming down and appear the error again. I was checking power supplies and other. I remove the power transfomer: INPUT: 440VAC, 3phases OUTPUT: 220 VAC, 3 phases and 2 voltages of 60 VAC for each electrode. I bias with 440VAC put resistor load for 30 AMPS in 60VAC the voltage was down to 4 and 6 VAC. The transformer is bad.
Apppear error 1182, broke the wire, etc. I bought the transfomer (like 3,500 USD in Charmille) I change it and the machine is running very fine wit a good spark plug. GOOD LUCK...
