I havent a working rotary ATC but was thinking of building one. So I have some informations how to start.

    1. You need something for rotation which can be controlled by MK3.
Best would be a Stepper or Servo Motor with a reference switch connected to one of the unused Axis output.

    2. You will need a cutom M6 script for tool change who should handle the rotation and Pickup. Within that script you will define the pickup location and the step by step procedure to load and unload tools.

The Most intensive Work would be the M6 script. I have already build a cutom one for my ATC, but that's not a rotary.
I may be able to give you some additional tips for the M6 script if required.
