Use smaller blend value, higher acceleration or G61 mode.

    Blend is deactivated...Acceleration I tried.... stupid question...how to activate G61 mode ?

You can either insert the Blend Tolerance value of 0, or you can just type into the MDI window G61.
You can observe the blend modal state via Gcode panel, where when disabled, state should be G61.

G61 works on the point stops and wait, but the machine if there is a small letter to do have a lot of points, shakes. I tried G64 but still shakes. Is there any command like in robot language Continius path with deviation 0 and deat time 0 ?

Because of sudden direction change in sharp corners radial acceleration exceeds allowable acceleration threshold.
That is why sharp corners must be blended or machine must stop at those corners.
In most cases very small blend tolerance is enough.

It looks like blend does not work becouse I tried G64 (If I read right) this should cancel G61 ? then I tried to put blend values as it was as default, but the machine still stops at the point. It looks like that the blend was not included in the motion.

    Blend does work.
Please export your profile and send us .zip file. Also include your g-code.
I will simulate your machine and then I will know, what are you doing wrong.

To me this looks more like excessive backlash in on of the axis. Are you sure the x and y Axis are both running free if mechanical backlash?
