problem with a program TNGv2

PC motherboard is Asus?
if so, disable the usb ports one by one until you find the one that conflicts with MK3 / TNG. it happened to me too, I "solved" by disabling the USB ports on the front of the case

I have an Asus motherboard(Maximus XII Hero WI-FI).
I worked the same steps disable the usb ports one by one.Not changed, the same problem.
