I have a brittle roundish object having shaved flat top. I want to mount it by this machined flat top surface oriented up, to continue altering it by my 3D mill.. After all efforts of attaching it to my sacrifice panel (by melted wax, hot melt glue) , my flat surface is not going to be parallel to the bed. It it is parallel, then X-Y directions are off anyway.
Would digital indicator attached to a spindle and scripting in TNG be enough to create virtual, skewed coordinate system and continue machining the part with the positioning error compensated. Yes or No?

I could do it manually by measuring real time points and going back to CAD, incline the part but it would be too tedious. I goess, the warp function as-is will not help me there... Not urgent...
