Activation Code.

Hello.

I'm trying to get my activation code for TNG but the activation code generator is not working on my setup?

I go into the generator with usb plugged in and I get "PlanetCNC Controller Mk3 (v1)" in the device list. But I am unable to get a code that I can copy.

Anyone know why?

The drivers are updated to the latest.

I am able to see the unit in the connection window but unable to connect probably because I don't have a license yet.

Figured it out! Just sent an email to support with code.


I suggest updating some of the "blogs" since they can be confusing at times.
