    Default PWM to 0-10v Signal?

    Hi there.
    Is it possible to use this part with TNG for spindle speed control?
    I can not find a setting that allows a reliable speed to be set.
    Yes, I also have the Planet-CNC output board. But I don't want to use that because of the relays.
    Which settings do I have to make in TNG so that it works?

    It shoud work, just make supply with 12V or more, I have similar diy unit.
    When adjusting be sure that won't go over 10V!

    The volts checked. 10v for s24000 and 0v for s6000 but in between e.g. with the s12000 the actual speed differs significantly. What settings have you made?

    u shoud check the adjustemnt in spindle driwer regarding manual. It can difer from firm to firm and type of the driwer...
    Moastly always differs ....
    Some of them have a possybility to add rpm back loop but not all...my, don't
    I have to convert rpm to frquency (that is on display) and back to come out with app. rpm - quite annoying, hmmm

    And check the lowest rpm alowed ! (my is 8000) It also differs.

    The frequency converter is set correctly. I need the right settings in TNG.

    CCW= 7
    output pin = 6, min 1200 max 24000
    start delay 6s, end 0,
    use frequency = yes
    min 0, max 1500Hz,
