    Default TNGv2 Vectric Post Processor

The Vectric post processors supplied (both mm and inch) have a "G00 [XH][YH]" in the FOOTER section. This for me causes the tool to crash into a clamp at the bottom left of the work piece. This move is not guaranteed to be safe and I think that line should be removed so that the tool just moves to a safe height and at where the toolpath finished. This is know to be a safe location, moving to the home position isn't.

I have removed the line from my version, but it might save others some grief if it was made in the distributed file.

    Cheers
    Simon

but line before is "G00 [ZH]" ...
u don't have it? Or, have you set the Z hight in Vectric correct?
I am usind that with no problems, my Z=0 is always on table, not on top of the object...

Yes I do, but that height is still lower than the clamp. There is absolutely no need to move to home at the end of a job. Just raise the Z and stop and don't go looking for a crash!

It is a common practice that after job machine goes to home position and that there is no clamp.
If your situation is specific then you need custom post. Fortunately there is only one line you need to remove from standard one.
