Controller not verified

Hello,

I did a re-install of my PlanetCNC TNG software and Windows and I can't get my software verified. It say's: PlanetCNC Controller Mk3 (NOT VERIFIED). The green light on the right bottom display's a cross. Primairy controller is USB, PlanetCNC Mk3/4, Serial 5103

How can I solve this issue? I never had problems with it in the past.

This is because installed license is for different controller.

I did use the license I got when I bought my controller. I installed a different controller on that machine and used a different license but then I re-installed windows (clean install: I also removed all existing files).

(NOT VERIFIED) means that license can not be verified because controller is not connected.
License is locked to controller.

The controller is connected. USB software in devicemanger is correctly installed. It's correctly digitaly signed. I also tried a new usb cable. I used the license what I got from Sorotec in Germany. I reinstalled the software over and over again. Is it possible that the controller cannot read or recognize the license anymore? It's not a Chinese board with license code.
