    Default TNGv2 Dialog positioning

While setting up TNGv2, getting all the buttons/scripts etc right I did it on a computer in the office where I have a large 4K monitor. Once I got everything right I then copied the profile to the actual machine with the CNC Mill attached which only has a 1920x1080 monitor. Everything worked fine except that the dialogs (settings, script editor etc) remembered there position and size on the 4K monitor, not a problem for some as I could see some of the dialog so could drag it back onto the screen. But my script editor dialog I must have had completely on the right hand side of the screen and once I opened it I could not see any of it. It might be an idea to do a sanity check on the position of the dialogs when opening them (ie. if the top left of the dialog isn't on the screen then reset to default position/size).

    Cheers
    Simon

    Menu "View/Reset Windows"
I'll also add some additional sanity checks for next release.

Thank you. I didn't notice that option.
