Controller axis mapping

I have bought CNC USB controller MK3/4 for my dual motor gantry CNC.
I have 3 axis machine and 2 stepper drivers/motors for Y axis,
and the whole thing is wired so that those 2 drivesr use controller axis 1&2.
And now I need to map my axis / mirror one stepper driver/motor.
I thought it will be a easy thing ...but it turns out - it's not.
I can't get how to map controller axis...or to put it better , how to mirror first axis to second one.
I need 1&2 to be Y1 and Y2 and 3rd a 4th axis for X and Z.
