G-Code loops and o-commands

Hello
I've made a program which looks correctly in older PlanetCNC Software V2.10.1511.401 but doesn't work in newer version 2.10.1609.3001. It ignores second subroutine at all: it neither displays it nor cuts it. Screenshots and code attached. What should I change to achieve the same result?
