Single input limit switchs?

Hi

I have Mk3/4 card on my milling machine. I have tried found right way to setup limit switches.

I have connect axle x to limit 1 and y to limit 2. I have check "single input" on settings.

Result is X-axle switches will change to colour on -x-axle and Y-axle switches +x direction. Like two input case?
What all settings will take part this?

How did you connect limits? Could you post image or diagram?

Are you sure that your X limit switches are connected to Limit 1 and Y limit switches to Limit 2 terminal?
