It`s possible resize pic on cnc usb controller (LASER) ??

HELLO ALL

i`m new user with cnc usb controller (laser user)

and i don`t know from where can control on

1/ speed

2/ laser power (LOW/HIGH)
( laser works good with me (pulse))

3/ can i resize the picture inside the software??

4/ when i click on spindle the laser turns off (no problem)
but when i click on PAUSE laser does`t turn off
can i change something on the settings
to make the laser turn off when i click on PAUSE??

Miami-911 - You are correct, there do not seem to be experts from Planet CNC available to explain how this software works. And their manual lacks the necessary detail. The information in this forum is primarily from users who are sharing their knowledge gained through trial and error. Any response offered by Planet CNC staff, is cryptic, indicating a lack of desire to offer useful assistance. This lack of professional level support from Planet CNC makes choosing their products for anything critical look too risky.

It is not possible to answer such vague questions. For start I need to know which controller and which software is used.
1. Speed - is controlled with F word.
2. I don't have crystal ball. I don't know anything about this laser. At least manufacturer and model name would be helpful so that datasheet can be found.
3. I don't know which picture do you mean.
4. Pause does not turn off spindle. You figured out this yourself.

It is not lack of desire to answer such questions. I don't know how to give good answer. If you would contact our support you would be asked lots of aditional questions. But not on public forum.
