When you press stop machine decelerates to stop.If you press e-stop then machine will stop instantly.

    Dear Sir:
    I don't mean switch E-stop.
I mean the difference between, software cncusb controller and TNG.
In the software cncUSB cotroller, When I press the stop, the machine stop immediately.
In the software TNG , When I press the stop, the machine Don't stop immediately.

    I have same problem.

Axis movements always stop about 1 -2 seconds delayed.
Regardless of whether it is controlled by the TNG software or the remote control.
Can I change this in the settings?
This causes me problems when I pause the program or stop.
I press emergencystop stops the machine immediately.

Also mashine don`t stop instandly by toolmessuring so that one of my 6mm millingtool broke cause the Z axis not stop instandly while contact to Worksurface.

Probe g-codes, used for work surface measuring stop instantly. That is why you need to do probing with slow speed. Other commands need to decelerate to stop. this takes some time.

Feedspeed for probing is 200 mm/min. Process works like slow motion. It is a little gangerous because when millingtool moves near to workpiece holder while error in gcode programming, maybee the millingtool will break when axis didn`t stop instandly when press stop or pause. Press the E-Stop is not recommend while axis must be homed again.

With instant stop there is a chance that axes loose position and that they must be homed. This is why stop and pause do not stop instantly like E-stop.

Sure. But in old version the normal stop is not delayed 2 seconds and the axes don`t have to homing again. I think the delay from push button to axes stop must be under 2 seconds like in old version.
Is this not adjustable in settings?

You can reduce this delay by lowering available buffer with Settings/Motion/Advanced/Device Buffer setting.
How low can you go depends on computer and USB speed. On fast computer with good USB connection you can lower this to 8.
If you go too low you will get nasty twitches. Observe buffer status during jogging. If it jumps below 90% even for one moment, then you should increase it.
