Zden?k Lang

    Hello,
Please advise what all I need to do to ensure that I can use the sychronization of the spindle at the lathe? I have a MK3 / 9 control board, a spindle motor is an asynchronous 11kW motor, I have bought a 15KW frequency inverter.

Do I ask what else to do and how to construct and engage it in order to synchronize the spindle and the speed and also the support shifts?
Thanks in advance for the answer Zden?k Lang

I was only looking at this,

    https://planet-cnc.com/controlling-s...-output-board/

but this does not solve the wiring and the spindle positioning fonging instructions

    Try again here.

    Hi.
I can’t understand which pin IDX?
    i have an encoder (https://ru.aliexpress.com/item/32725...chweb201603_52)
Looks like he doesn't have this pin.
I can’t find an example of an encoder with such a pin in shop
If I bought the wrong model, can I ask for an example of the correct model?

By asking questions to the manufacturer, I was able to connect this encoder.
    My connection technique:
    1) for safety, I conducted all experiments without connected mechanics
2)we will set the necessary speed along the axes (example for x axis).

You need to understand that this speed is limiting for the axis.Speed is set in mm / min (in the example it is 50), revolutions are set in revolutions / min.
it follows that if you apply G33 X10 K1,then the maximum possible spindle speed is 50 rpm.
it follows that if you apply G33 X10 K0.5,then the maximum possible spindle speed is 100 rpm(axis will go 10mm).
3)Check with the arrows that your X axis rotates.
    4) Now at the command prompt type s50 confirm by entering (The system goes into pause mode, switch it back to the stop state "square button".I do not understand why this does not happen automatically, but this is a question for the developers.)
    5) Now at the command prompt type G33 X10 K1 confirm by entering. Here a little incomprehensible situation is the inadequacy of turning on the spindle and changing its speed. If the spindle is not turned on and there is no speed on the screen, turn it on with the spindle power button. If the stepper motor rotates, then everything is fine.
    6) Turn off all power and then connect the encoder.

    7) Please go to File/Settings/User Interface/Speed/Spindle -> Enable option "From Encoder".Make other settings in TNG.

    8) Turn the encoder the speed on the screen should change. If so everything is okay
