Sounds like your steps per unit settings in Mach3 are off slightly. How much size difference are yuo seeing?
I am a first time user of Photovcarve. I have an issue with use a prepared Photovcarve image in a Mach3mill program. It seems to cause an oversized run that I have set up. For instance I prepared a 6 x 4 in photo in Photovcarve ( converted to MM ) than exported it in both the mach3 compatable G code Txt file and standard G code file. I than open ether file in Mach3 Mill program, do a test run, and it seems to over size that image by several MM. Mach3 is set up for MM. This happens ether with the Mach3 txt file or the Standard G code file that I have set up. I have looked at the code lines at the start and it does reflect the right size of the image I had setup in the beginning. Any help or suggestions?

Roughly about a inch and a half. On the steps per unit suggestion. I am not quit clear on setting that up. Any hints?
It's usually the first thing that you set up in Mach3 after you get the motors moving. You need to make sure the machine moves one inch when you tell it to move one inch.
There's a built in utility on the Settings page to help you, right above the Reset button.

If you had told Mach3 that your microstepping was 5 when the stepper driver was set on 4, this would give you a 7.5 inch machine movement when commanded 6 inch.
