Last Pass not working

Trying to use the “Last Pass” utility to go around the part by 0.010” as a reverse or not reverse cut and neither one does the Last Pass.

I cutting with a 1/8” end mill and cutting tabs to hold the material in place, and when cutting straight tabs (not 3D) it leaves a router bit vertical mark in the stock, so I wanted to use the last pass to remove them.

Any tips on this?
