GR200E coolant enable issue

Hi,

I have a lathe, with Philips 432T controller, 3511.500 software version.

When I bought it, there were no machine parameters. Since then I make the parameter list, although it is not guaranteed perfect. Apart from the cooling function, everything works flawlessly.
The keyboard good on internal test, and i also run g7-g8-g9 command in MDI-mode.
I also tried with a rotating spindle, but the (turret) cooling does not turn on.
I tried the electrical parts, the relay board and the contactor also good. When i push the contactor, the pump works well.
I looked the outputs monitor mode, but the output card 1 : bit 16 wont enable when i push the cooland button or run m7-m8 command.

Can someone help me with the conditions (possibly if a machine parameter) for turning on the cooling water?
