Huanyang 2.2kw VFD error code E.oU.5 or EoUS or EoU5

VFD & Spindle working great for months. Several jobs cut yesterday. Power up this morning, and just get error code E.oU.S or E.oU.5

Anyone seen this. It is similar to an error code in manual, but the manuals are generally inaccurate, and of little use.

Replaced VFD with a spare, and all is good again. This one is probably a throw away, but thought it's worth asking for info.

Yes it is quit common when the Drive has not been programed or wired correct, mostly to do with voltage and how it was shut down, but can be more than one problem that can cause this problem, single phase is hard on a VFD being used like this so everything has to be correct for it to survive for a long service life

So the same thing could happen again if you have not changed anything, need to know how you have everything wired and what Parameters you have set
