Well ... and so a couple of questions came up much faster than I expected ...:
- Why is it that the Allen Head Cap screws are considered stronger/tougher than these ones (also in 12.9 quality):

When looking at the construction I would say that the thickness of the actual "holding material" is larger on this bolt type than on the Allen head cap screw ... On the other hand I have heard from others as well that the Allen Head Cap screws should be stronger/tougher ??? I don't get it
And then: If the CI G40 material thickness - the end surface the bolts will be screwed into - is 11/4" thick (31.75mm) - would you then use M10 or M12 size? My eyes say M11 - but, well, you already know ...
