Does that head fit a .25 or bigger ? I thought you had a cnc mill conversion.... right ?? Although I imagine the codes for that job would be quite large! May be easier if you have a friend or someone you know scan in the points with a pen to get the specifics dead on! I'm looking forward to getting my mill retro fitted so that I can make heads for my r/c's. But I can say that I've never seen one with two glow plugs.....!! UP THE NITRO content !! she'll take flight.......for sure.
I'm new at this.... so don't bash me too bad.....One other option:
Make a casting of it to give you the general idea, then finish surface it in the mill.

Do you already have drawings to go from. Or does it need to be reverse engineered?

The heads shown are for a YS or OS 91, I have a 2-YS80s I'd like to put them on. My mill is not accurite enough to produce them.

    Thank You,
    Paul G

What are you flying the 80s in? I've got a YS80 in my X-Cell SE, two OS91s in a Fury Extreme and a Robbe Futura SE, and another YS91 in a box... How are you going to design the chamber?

2-Fury Extreme's, I would use the same camber design.

    Paul,
Call Dan DeArmond. He has a Haas in the shop that can make your heads. 806-381-8898 Dan's shop does this a lot. ... You know Dan from RAMS but his tool company has the shop. The shop is running train parts right now for a guy in the UK but I'll bet they can get to you pretty quick. They like this kind of work.
    Jack.
