I've done 4th axis, work offset macros, just curious if anyone has done dynamic work offset macro?

Where to find them?
I've already got that I calculate against the set work offset. By dynamic I mean as the 4th axis is turning constantly updating the offset. I guess G54.2 does it so I'll dabble with that some time.
Just curious if it can be done with a macro on a machine that doesn't have the option?
I've worked on a program to do this on a 4 axis vmc. It can be done but was not accurate for my needs. If my rotary and fixtures were more square to the machine I think I would of got better results. The problem is I work in an enviorment with other machinists where things get crashed fairly often.
Many years ago I worked at a place that I think did it, I never paid too much attention to it then, we entered work offset info in the macro instead of the work offset page.
