    Hi,
I am using Thunderbird email since 2013. Right now, my mailbox is managing 5678+ items excluding contacts & other items. So, I can’t take risk of a single emails loss. Help!

Using an email client on a PC is so old hat 80's technology. And moving back into the Microsoft ecosystem is a backward step.

Bite the bullet and migrate to Gmail (or Gsuite if you have your own domain) and keep Thunderbolt as an archive. I've run my business for 9 years this way (since 2009) and keep all my business documents in Google Drive. It allows me to work from anywhere and I have the full power of Google search to find any email have received over the last 9 years. Those who I've convinced to follow my lead have never wanted to go back! For the record, I have 91,514 email threads being managed in my email client.

I can start an email on my phone and finish it on my PC or Chromebook, the whole thing is seamless!
