We have got NoteBook Model HP Mini 210-1000, Bios Revision F.24, Processor type Intel® Atom(TM) CPU N450 @ 1.66GHz
V get blue dump
When we try to install Xp, then all the files keep getting copied then when Window set up starts, again Blue Dump appears
a) We have fitted this Haddisk in another PC, getting recognised, formatted this in the same, Format is OK ie Harddisk is OK
b) Also run quickheal antivirus
c) Taken out battery and fitted back

You can set the BIOS if it isn't already to do a memory test.
There might be a component in your laptop that doesn't like one of the device drivers Windows is trying to install. You can look at the dump file and usually it's the last entry that is causing the problem, like nvinst.dll or something like that. You might be able to start up in safe mode, just hold F8 after the BIOS screen. If you can do this then you should be able to use process-of-elimination to figure out which device is causing errors, and disable it until you find a current driver online.
I would try Win7 32 bit if you can't get XP to go. If it did have XP to begin with you can usually get the oroginal drivers that came with the laptop by going to the website and either searching the model number or entering a service or serial number.
