Has tried to make this controler as it was found out he doesn't understand operating files with values from a floating point.

I've slightly revised the board, just await for some components to arrive to test. Will give all details if i have success with my revision.

    Unhappy

Components arrived and uploaded latest firmware, but there are some problems :

    1. It does not let me change motor values on above photos.
    2. When i go to manual jog, it does not generate dir/step signals as i checked with all of the buttons soldered to X+/X-/Y+/Y-/Z+/Z-.
    3. There is no information about e-stop, home and limit switches. NC or NO type ?

    Regards,
    Ozan

    Доброго дня.
    SNZ - велике спасибі!
У мене є екран 128x64, на жаль, - але я міг би купити 240x128 і намагаються це зробити.

    Hello.
    SNZ - many thanks!
I have a screen 128x64, unfortunately - but I could buy a 240x128 and try to do it.

    Hello, ALL!
Arnaud wrote about unclear work of display 240x128 (T6963)
Controleur autonome de cnc : Electronique - Page 8
As I understood, Arnaud had been stopped for the version of CNC V1.7 with the display of KS0108 128x64. There also there is a choice of files from a memory card and tool changer.
    Firmware from 2009.05.10

My Proteus model works slowly and tested to the not end.

    Hello.
in the diagram - quartz 10mHz?
    probably should be 40MHz.

    Yes.
    [DeviceClock]
    Value=40
It is necessary to correct in a circuit quartz 40MHz.

But a simulation on such frequency takes a place uncorrectly

    Hello.
    of course - 40MHz resonator.
I still have a question - limit switch - NO or NC?
pcb designing and I would prefer to do it well.
sorry for the terrible language - google translator = sorry.

    Default Xtal 10MHz

My understanding, the original 18F4620 design has a 10MHz xtal (quartz) which then uses the internal oscillator (resonator), the 10MHz then gets multiplied by 4x internally by a PLL. No need to provide a 40MHz crystal (quartz).

The circuit of CNC V1.7 is identical with V1.0
    Limit switch is NO.
For a simulation they are closed because at the start of CNC V1.7 all of axes move in HOME (at first axis Z, and then X and Y).

If after starting to press ENT procedure of Go Home (limit switches - closed) will be made.
If to press ESC procedure of Go Home will be anniented.
    It is correct and well.

    Hello I from Russia!
I was strongly interested by your device, and I collect for the CNC under the scheme http://www.usinages.com/ressources/image/8473 as I could find while only PIC4620 and display WG12864B-YFK-VN.
I wish to try, as it works.
At me a question: whether It is possible to Russify?
    P.S.
    Forgive for my English.
    And in advance thanks.
