    Default YAPSC

    Hallo,

    Mfg Andreas

Hello, My English is really horrible, so I try it with German and translation program.
Now to my problem: I got to an old portal milling machine from the wood area, it is equipped with Siemens brush servo and runs with a Mosch Alpha3 control, the Siemens Simoreg servo amplifier sin with tachor feedback from the motor to the amplifier. The encoders are type Heidenhain type 460, incremental with TTL output signal. So now to my problem:

Since the Bosch control is only able to process records in the order of magnitude of up to 1000 lines and the programming is very cumbersome I have thought of converting the machine to Mach3, as far as good, fast times just 3 boards YAPSC ordered and everything rebuilt, Now the disillusionment:

When I start the engine, an axis starts to run without my running, and I get you only stopped when I turn off the control. In addition, all 3 axes run very slowly when switching on the controller, I also get no reasonable voltage from the YAPSC boards , what am I doing wrong !!!!!

I have read several reports where the YAPSC boards run properly, so I do not understand why this does not work for me.

Maybe someone has these boards in use and can help me.

    Mfg Andreas

    Hallo Andreas,

    MfG
    Hans
