Very noobish question....

I have a bunch of linear bearings - they are the round cylindrical type, not sure what the actual name is. I want to use them with round rails to support x-axis table (fixed gantry). Can you buy square or rectangular blocks with a predrilled hole for these bearings? I've googled and all I can find is square or rectangular blocks that already have the bearing inside. I just want the blocks so that I can put the bearings I already have inside. There must be a way to support a table with round bearings - do I have to make my own blocks? I'd prefer to buy them if anyone actually makes them...sorry if this is a dumb question...
