Nice project, Peter
How long did that take to cut?
What kind of spindle rpm could you get?
Does anyone make a little electric high speed spindle that you could insert into the main spindle (as if it were just another tool)?
I hate running the main spindle long and hard just to create a little bit of dust
First you get good, then you get fast. Then grouchiness sets in.

How about making an adapter for a dremmel to mount in the spindle. Use M19 to lock the spindle and goto town. You could also use a small router and do the same thing. I've been thinkng about this also for wood projects where I only have 6000 rpm spindle speed in my mill. Could even make the adapter fit in a 1 1/2" tool holder.
Precise Corporation does.
But they only go up 180,000 rpm.
