Logging into the OneCNC site

This post pertains to the OneCNC site and not the forum here at CNCzone.

For some reason the site did not remember my log in information and is asking me to log in which is no big deal but it is also requiring me to open or save a file called ubb.x which I do not recall from previous login's. I get real nervous when a site requires me to download a file I do not ask for nor does it mention or explain it's purpose. Before I download or open it, does anyone know if this is a OneCNC required file and if it is what it's purpose may be?

Hello Ken,

I have received the same message about the download and have never downloaded it. I can still get on the site with no problems, however I have never been able to get the site to remember my login info.

Hi Dan,
I have had very litle trouble but this time it would not let me in and I reloaded the site numerous times and same thing. I just left the CNCzone and went back to OneCNC and bingo auto log-in.

Yeah, Ken I have had that happen a couple of times. I just blame the computer. It's easiest.

Today I had to re log in also. But after that it has been OK. It didn't ask me to download any file.

I would trust the download.

You may want to post over there and ask about this.

Could be that they are just resetting the server or something.
