    Default Sealing the vacuum bed

I thought I would share this with other owners of machines with vacuum beds that include T track. I found we were losing a huge amount of vacuum (approx 5inHg) in the gaps between the vacuum beds and the T strips, and also at each end of the open T strips.

I siliconed each side of the T strip where it meets the vacuum beds and machined some T track infills for each end. It has made a huge difference.

    Hi
Yes I have had similar experience.
When we filled in the gaps it was instantly noticeable the increase in suction.

Contact me. I'm an engineer. I'll solve the problem for you. My name is sun. Usually in China, glass glue (neutral silicic acid) is applied around to increase the sealing performance. My WhatsUp ID + 8615621877020? If you have any questions, please contact me in time. Thank you
