Sealing the vacuum bed
I thought I would share this with other owners of machines with vacuum beds that include T track. I found we were losing a huge amount of vacuum (approx 5inHg) in the gaps between the vacuum beds and the T strips, and also at each end of the open T strips.
I siliconed each side of the T strip where it meets the vacuum beds and machined some T track infills for each end. It has made a huge difference.

Hi
Yes I have had similar experience.
When we filled in the gaps it was instantly noticeable the increase in suction.
