Okuma can supply new manuals
Hi every one!
We have just bought an OKUMA MC-4VA OSP 5000 M-G, from an auction, but it got here with no manuals.
I would like to know where to find the manuals on the web, if it is possible.
Thank you very much for your advice!!
Have a nice day!

sure, Okuma will charge $$$ for that. It's better to ask a copy from someone who uses it.

Give me a couple of days and I'll look and see what I have or can get on .PDF
any mechanical or electrical device that transmits or modifies energy to perform or assist in the performance of human tasks
you can buy a CD from Okuma with all the books in PDF , this is cheaper than spend over 2000$ in books

It is not really hard to become familiar with osp 5000, simple operations and coding makes it easy to operate. If you try to use some common sense which is not common now a days then every person who have knowledge about lathe could handle these type of machine.
Become familiar with codes used for okuma sampling path and then try it at machine, if you have.
Now one here pass any manual without money, even at this form or any cnc form knowledge can spread easyly, but every person in this field want to show off.
Seek knowledge and fight aganist ignorance.
1. on the machine
2. press the MDI button
3. press F1 key for Input and write a command and press the write key.
4. press the cycle start button and saw the results.
if have any program already in the machine memory then
1. on the machine
2. press the Auto key
3. give the program name with extension and press the write key
4. press the cycle start
(If you also use the single block key on then you press the cycle start button every time till the last step of program)
Have to know something more then write me at rightchoiceali at hot mail dot com or call me at +923346543200 I will try my best to tell you all the details I knows.
"Serve the Nations"
2. press the Auto key
3. give the program name with extension and press the write key
